It’s about family, friends, and food
Our humble beginnings began in 2013 when owner Julie volunteered to make meals out of her home to cater office parties and neighborhood events. The joy and passion she felt serving her community inspired her to begin a catering business. By the grace of God, Julie's catering business Estrella's Taquizas, was a success and she found herself catering events big and small tailoring every menu to each unique occasion.
In 2019, Julie transformed her successful catering venture into a store-front deli coined "Estrella's Nacho Average Deli" by her husband and opened the doors featuring her made-from-scratch dishes, each one made from the heart and crafted with pride.

A whole family effort, Julie runs her deli with her daughters Daisy and Florence who share an incredible sense of pride in Julie's hard work, from the food they serve to the gracious hospitality they provide. With each visit, they're happy to “welcome you into their home” and their passion ensures you have a great experience each and every time.
